An external survey shows that 90% of customers rate Hidraqua positively

 

 

Hidraqua has carried out a series of customer satisfaction surveys at the hands of the outsourced company STIGA, a leader in quantitative customer experience analysis. The results highlight Hidraqua’s investment in customer-centred innovation, revealing that, in general, 90% of Hidraqua’s customers rate the company positively. These figures represent the average obtained from the surveys conducted in towns where it is the water supplier or where it operates in mixed companies, such as Aguas de Alicante, Aigües de l’Horta, Aigües de Cullera, Aigües d’Elx, Aigües de Paterna and Agamed. Another notable finding in the survey is a 3% increase in people drinking tap water.
