WHAT WAS THE SANITATION LEVY DEFERMENT?

The invoices issued from August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023 do not include this fee, since the Generalitat Valenciana deferred the payment of the Sanitation Fee during those 12 months, according to the DECREE LAW 6/2022, of July 8, and the DECREE LAW 19/2022, of December 30 of the Consell.

WHAT IS THE SANITATION LEVY REGULARISATION?

At the end of the deferral period, the amount of the Canon not paid during the twelve months of deferral is being included in identical installments without interest during the following 36 months, according to the DECREE LAW 11/2023, of  September 29th of the Consell.

WHERE CAN YOU SEE THE DEFERRED AMOUNTS?

You will find the amount of each deferred installment on your invoices issued on or after August 1. The installments will be included in each invoice issued during the 36 months following September 30th, grouped according to the billing periods of your contract (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, etc.).
