Environmental sustainability and commitment to people
Hidraqua, which operates under the Veolia brand (a leader in ecological transformation with a global presence), is a company in the water and environment sector that carries out its activities (collection, purification, distribution, treatment, and reuse) through concessions or joint ventures in 77 municipalities in the Valencian Community since 1971.
Since then, the company has been committed to transforming the traditional integrated water cycle into the sustainable water cycle, thanks to the incorporation of eco-innovation, eco-design, and new ways of working aimed at preserving natural resources based on the Circular Economy model.
From this perspective, actions are also taken regarding the local community, strengthening local economies and promoting social involvement.
